Wavering Wood, Whirling Metal

from The Greenhouse Sessions by Duo Harpverk

/

about

The various sounds of wood and metal was the inspiration for composing
this piece. The melodies looped throughout the piece has a scent of
deformed lullabies. The melodies can be heard in the harp, in the
percussion and in the two deconstructed music boxes. These melodies,
and the variations of timbre in the different instruments,
characterize this music.
